This promotional offer is available to qualifying merchants only. To qualify, an existing customer processing with SoftPoint LLC, or its affiliates, must refer an unrelated merchant not currently processing with SoftPoint LLC or subscribed to a SoftPoint LLC software subscription, or its affiliates. The referred merchant must enter into a processing agreement and/or sign up for a qualifying SoftPoint software subscription. New merchant applications are subject to approval.

SoftPoint LLC will deposit $1,500 cash per location into the checking account linked to the referrer's merchant account if the referred merchant signs up for SoftPoint processing and/or a qualifying SoftPoint software subscription. Alternatively, SoftPoint LLC will deposit $500 cash per location into the checking account linked to the referrer's merchant account if the referred merchant signs up for a qualifying SoftPoint software subscription without processing.

Fulfillment of the referral reward occurs within 90 days after the referred merchant is approved, activates their account, and begins processing or using the subscribed software.
